First of all, I ordered the rope collar in electric blitz. Its beautiful, lightweight, perfect for my long haired golden retriever. I originally order a size too large. When I contacted Fetchum via email regarding my return/exchange, they said they would immediately ship the smaller size and to ship back the large at my convenience. Outstanding.
