LIFETIME WARRANTY

Yes - as long as you use the leash like you would use any other leash! As all of us dog owners know, a dog can chew through anything they put their mind to, so as long as you're not giving the leash to your dog as a chew toy, we can guarantee it'll last forever. Any leash that shows obvious signs they've been left alone chewing on the leash we cannot cover as it clearly does not fall within the normal use intention stated above!

We ship worldwide! All orders are insured against loss, damage, and shortage before they are shipped so you can purchase with confidence!

HOW LONG DOES SHIPPING TAKE?

Orders placed from the US usually take 3 - 5 business days. If you placed an international order it can take up to 14 business days, but sometimes longer if the package gets stuck in your countries’ customs, so please be patient!

WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?

If your dog should decide they don't like their gear we have a 30 day return policy. The item must still be in NEW condition. Please email fetchumshop@gmail.com for return instructions. Return shipping is paid for by the customer, but should you decide you'd like to exchange your gear we will reship free of charge.

MY LEASH IS FILTHY! CAN I WASH IT?

Yes you can! Wash the rope by hand in your bathtub or a large bucket. Use warm water and mild soap (not detergent). Thoroughly swish the rope around, then drain the dirty water. Repeat until the water runs clean. Hang to dry, uncoiled, away from direct sunlight.
